Both cameras are very good.

The Canon EOS 400D (aka Rebel XTI) has a built-in autofocus motor (works with all EF and EF-S lenses), the images are sharper, have less noise on high-ISO, and a better software included.

The Nikon D60 doesn’t have a built-in autofocus motor (autofocus works only with AF-I and AF-S lenses, AF-D lenses will work with manual focus). It has a better dynamic range, a better wireless flash mettering system (wireless only with SB-800 and SB-900), and a better grip.

Have any idea good?
